- Direct messages with our team
- Call notes and session summaries

- Payment method details (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)

4. Who Sees Your Information
Our Team
Your information is accessible to the founders/owners of The Archetype Index and any team member directly involved in your mentorship. We keep access limited to those who need it to serve you.
Service Providers
We use third-party tools to run the program. These providers may process your data on our behalf:

5. How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

- Payment security — Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors (we never see your full card number)
No system is 100% secure. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days — except where we're legally required to retain it.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Email us at [email protected] with your request. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
9. Children's Privacy
The Archetype Index is not intended for anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we've collected information from someone under 18, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. International Users
If you're accessing our services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure your data is protected regardless of where it's processed.

Our website or community may contain links to external sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
