1. What We Offer

The Archetype Index provides:

• Assessment & Archetype Placement — A diagnostic intake that helps us understand how you're wired and determine which of our five archetypes you fall under (if any).
• 1:1 Strategy Calls — Private video sessions with our team.
• Direct Messaging Access — Ongoing communication with your assigned mentor between calls.
• Community Access — Entry to our private network organized by archetype.

What we provide is guidance, strategy, and support — not a guaranteed outcome. We help you understand your strengths, point you toward paths that fit how you operate, and hold you accountable. What you do with that is up to you.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

We are selective. Not everyone who completes the assessment will be accepted into the program.

We reserve the right to:

• Deny any application for any reason
• Refuse service to anyone we determine is not a fit
• Revoke access at any time if a member violates these terms or disrupts the community

If you are not accepted, we will notify you. No further explanation is required or guaranteed.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this program.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments

• All fees are communicated before you commit to the program.
• Payment is due according to the schedule provided at enrollment.
• We may offer payment plans at our discretion.

Refunds

Our general policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services (1:1 calls, archetype analysis, community access), all sales are final once services have begun.

Exceptions:

• If you are accepted but we have not yet delivered any services (no calls, no community access granted), you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you're unsure whether this is right for you, ask questions before you pay — not after.

4. What We Expect From You

By joining this program, you agree to:

• Show up. Attend scheduled calls or reschedule with reasonable notice.
• Be honest. The value of this program depends on you being real with us — and with yourself.
• Put in the work. We provide guidance. You provide the effort.
• Respect the community. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or toxic behavior toward other members or our team.
• Keep it confidential. What's shared in the community stays in the community. Do not screenshot, share, or distribute other members' personal information or discussions.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. What You Can Expect From Us

We commit to:

• Reviewing your assessment personally (not auto-graded)
• Responding to direct messages within 24-48 hours on business days
• Showing up prepared for scheduled calls
• Being honest with you, even when it's uncomfortable
• Keeping your information confidential (see our Privacy Policy)

We do not guarantee:

• Any specific financial outcome or income
• That you will "succeed" by any particular definition
• That our advice will work for your specific situation
• Responses outside of business hours or during announced breaks

6. Results Disclaimer

The Archetype Index is an educational and strategic guidance program. We are not financial advisors, licensed counselors, attorneys, or certified professionals in any regulated field.

Any information we provide regarding business models, income strategies, investments, real estate, trading, or other financial topics is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

You acknowledge that:

• Results vary. What works for one person may not work for another.
• Past results (ours or other members') do not guarantee your future results.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Any income figures, examples, or case studies shared are not typical and are not promises.
• You should consult licensed professionals (financial advisors, attorneys, accountants) before making significant financial or legal decisions.

We believe in what we do. We also believe in being honest: we cannot guarantee you will make money, change your life, or achieve any specific result. That depends on you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, assessments, and methods provided through The Archetype Index are our intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission
• Resell, teach, or repurpose our content as your own
• Record calls or sessions without explicit consent
• Share login credentials or community access with others

You may:

• Use what you learn to improve your own life and business
• Take personal notes for your own reference
• Share that you're a member (but not the specifics of our methods or other members' information)

9. Community Guidelines

The Archetype Index community is a private space. To maintain its value:

Do:

• Support other members
• Share wins, lessons, and honest experiences
• Ask questions and engage constructively
• Respect different perspectives and paths

Do Not:

• Harass, insult, or demean other members
• Share other members' personal information outside the community
• Promote unrelated products, services, or opportunities without permission
• Post illegal content or encourage illegal activity
• Spam or flood channels with irrelevant content

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal without refund

We have sole discretion over enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Archetype Index, its owners, team members, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this program.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to this program is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our guidance, or for any losses (financial or otherwise) that result from those decisions.

11. Termination

You may leave at any time. If you wish to cancel your participation, notify us in writing at [email protected]. Refund eligibility is subject to Section 3.

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms
• Disrupt the community or harm other members
• Engage in illegal activity
• Misrepresent yourself during the application process
• Fail to make required payments

Termination by us for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We will notify active members of significant changes
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance

If you don't agree with updated terms, you may discontinue participation.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
